Lead Time
The shipment we choose is DHL / Fedex / UPS , and it’s the fastest shipment worldwide.
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 
But if you are looking for the wholesale bulk order, the lead time depends on the quantity you order, normally it can be finished within 1-4weeks.

1. USA flat shipping fee USD$15 for order value under USD$100. Other countries pls contact us to know.
2. Free shipping is available for order value from USD $100.
3. Don't worry loss or damage. Shipping insurance is included for every order.
 
Tax
1. Familocs.com does not add any taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. Buyers in USA pay what they see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
2. In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
3. The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, we do not have all the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, paperwork, codes, laws or rulings of every single country.
4. Normally, exyhair.com shipping service partners including USPS, FedEx, UPS, TNT and DHL will pay the corresponding tax for the buyer in advance and post you a tax bill later than the date of the product receipt. Please follow the shipping company's instructions to pay back the tax.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is about 3-5 days by standard shipping. In holidays or other sales day, the delivery time may take more days, please contact us if there is any question about the delivery. We will check the tracking number and ask the fast delivery of your parcel. If you want Expedited or Priority service, please contact us to add the extra shipping cost.

 Please provide your correct contact phone number when placing your order, and make sure your phone is reachable when the shipping company contacts you. In case the shipping company could not reach you, please contact us at info@familocs.com to get more information.



Defective, Damages and Lost
We are responsible for any products defective, damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please take some pictures once you get the parcel and email us at info@familocs.com including your order number. If the product is defective, we will send you a part replacement, a partial or full refund. If the product is damaged or lost, we will send you a new package for free.

Track your order

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email about the tracking information.
